At Fire Pura (firepura.com), your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of use or damage
  • Customized or personalized orders

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@firepura.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack your item securely and attach the provided label
  4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location
  5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card company may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. Email support@firepura.com with your order number and the variant you would like.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@firepura.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will ship a free replacement immediately or issue a full refund including shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it, email us at support@firepura.com.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
