We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

3. Transit Times & Shipping Costs

We offer transparent shipping options for our UK customers:

Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all orders (or insert your flat rate here, e.g., £3.99).

4. Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

5. Damages and Missing Packages
