At Fire Pure, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $6.99 — FREE on orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99
- Overnight / Next Business Day: $24.99 (order before 12pm EST)
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your selected shipping method and location. The carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date at support@firepura.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will reship your order or issue a full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at support@firepura.com if you notice an error after ordering.
